Chailease Holding Company Limited has been named to both of the DJSI (Dow Jones Sustainability Indices) World Index and Emerging Markets indexes for four consecutive years, and ranked second among Emerging Markets in the FBN Diversified Financial Services and Capital Markets Industry.
According to the DJSI published by the international assessment institution S&P Global, Chailease Holding outperformed industry peers in economic, environmental, and social performance. In the 23 evaluation criteria, Chailease Holding exceled in transparency reporting, policy influence, tax strategy, decarbonization strategy, human rights, human capital development, workplace health and safety, and customer relationship management, among others.
On the basis of environmental sustainability, Chailease Holding is committed to climate goals and actions to mitigate negative climate effects and reduce the environmental impact of its operations. Chailease Holding has reviewed the total greenhouse gas emissions of its investment portfolio in accordance with the Partnership for Carbon Accounting Financials (PCAF) methodology, and its disclosure rate has exceeded 70%.
