1977
Chailease Finance was established in 1977 with core business of helping corporate acquiring production equipment.
1980
Chaileaes Credit Services specializes in installment sales.
1989
Bangkok Grand Pacific lease public (BGPL) was established and provides leasing and factoring services primarily to local SMES. In 2014, ASK acquired BGPL as its subsidiary.
2003
Chailease developed the first version of credit analysis model based on the Basel II standards.
2005
Asia Sermkij Leasing (ASK) was listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
Chailease International Finance (CIFC) formally established in Shanghai, was the first foreign company to acquire nationwide leasing license.
2007
The company received approval from the State Bank of Vietnam to established a subsidiary in Ho Chi Minh City.
2010
Chailease Finance received the 2010 Employee Friendly Work Environment award from the Council of Labor Affairs.
2011
Chailease Holding listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange on Dec. 13th.
2013
Chailease Holding named a “best employer” by Aon Hewitt, an international human resource.
2014
Chailease Holding included in the MSCI Global Sustainability Indexes.
Chailease published the first CSR report, which was verified by third-party reviewer BSI and given a GRI 3.1 A+ rating.
2015
Entered into a joint venture with Berjaya Corporation to provide vehicle financing and other related services in Malaysia.
2016
Chailease Royal Leasing PLC. was established as a joint-venture between Chailease and the Royal Group in Cambodia.
2017
Chailease Berjaya Finance Corporation was established as a joint-venture between Chailease and the Berjaya Group in the Philippines.
