Chailease Holding awarded the best practice of corporate governance by TWSE
Chailease Holding (ticker:5871) having ranked in the top 5 percent of the listed companies in the first Corporate Governance Assessment held by Taiwan Stock Exchange (“TWSE”) is also included in the Taiwan Corporate Governance 100 Index, showing not only dose Chailease Holding comply with laws and regulations, behave self-discipline, but she also implements and improves corporate governance practices in a proactive manner.
 
For the investor’s reference, TWSE, on June 29, 2015, officially announces the Taiwan Corporate Governance 100 Index made up of weighted market capitalizations of 100 key stocks chose mainly from ranking top 20 percent of companies listed in TWSE and Over The Counter (“OTC”) in the first Corporate Governance Assessment announced on April 30, 2015 in consideration of liquidities and financial indicators.
 
Aimed at assisting 1,393 companies listed in TWSE and OTC improving corporate governance practices, TWSE is going to conduct on a yearly basis the Corporate Governance Assessment which comprises 5 categories and 92 indicators.
